Receta Konbu No Tsukukani (Pickled Seaweed)

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Konbu
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 6 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger
- 1/4 c. Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Gourmet pwdr
- 2 1/2 c. Shoyu
Direcciones
- 1. Wash Konbu and drain. Boil with water and vinegar and cook till soft, approximately 2 hrs.
- 2. Add in sugar, ginger, shoyu, and cook till liquid is almost absorbed.
- Stir often to prevent sticking to pan.
- 3. Add in gourmet pwdr. Refrigerateand serve.
