Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. Reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 c. Orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Dark molasses
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Grated orange zest
- 4 lrg Garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 tsp Coarsely-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, and molasses. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Place meat in a single layer in a glass or possibly ceramic dish. Add in marinade, turning to coat. Cover and chill, turning occasionally, 6 to 12 hrs.
