Receta Kosher Creole Sausages

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Beef, grnd, not too lean
- 1/3 c. Onion, minced
- 1 x Garlic Clove
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper, grnd
- 1/4 tsp Chili Pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper, crushed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, freshly grnd
- 1/2 tsp Thyme, dry
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, fresh, minced
- 1 sm Bay Leaf, crushed pn Allspice, grnd
Direcciones
- Combine all the ingredients, mixing very well. If you house is not too hot, allow the mix to remain at room temperature for an hour or possibly two to blend the flavors. Wrap well and chill till ready to use, up to 2 days. The sausage can be frzn, although you might lose a little of the spiciness during storage. Use as directed in other recipes, or possibly shape into patties and grill, broil, or possibly fry in a little oil till brown on both sides and cooked through.
