Receta Kung Po Chicken Or Shrimp (China Bowl)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Chicken or possibly shrimp
- 1/2 x Red bell pepper, cubed
- 1/2 x Green bell pepper, cubed
- 1 med Onion, cubed
- 1 sm Can sliced water chestnuts
- 4 Tbsp. Peanut oil,divided
- 1/2 c. Toasted peanuts
- 2 Tbsp. Chili puree with garlic
- 1 tsp Rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Hoisen sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. White wine
- 1 x Clove garlic, pressed
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

- I found the recipe on the back of the China Bowl Chili Puree with garlic.
- It is one recipe which I make EXACTLY as the recipe states and it always turns out right.
- Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and marinate at least 1/2 hour. Stir fry chicken in 2 Tbsp. oil for a few min. Remove chicken. Add in 2 Tbsp. oil and stir fry vegetables. Add in seasoning sauce and add in chicken for the last minute. Add in peanuts and check seasoning. You may have to add in more hoisen or possibly sugar. It will be warm and spicy.
- Serves 2 easily. Serve with fried rice.
