Receta Lady Baltimore Tarts

Ingredientes
- 3 lrg Large eggs well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Brown sugar packed
- 1/2 c. Light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 c. Minced pecans
- 1 c. Flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. Red candied cherries choppe
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Almond extract
- 16 x Commercial tart shells (3 inch) unbaked Red candied cherries sliced (optional)
Direcciones
- Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring till well blended. Stir in pecans, coconut, minced cherries, and flavorings. Spoon about 1/4 c. mix into each tart shell. Bake at 300 for 40 min or possibly till tarts are set. Garnish with sliced cherries, if you like.
