Receta Lady’s Finger or Okra Poriyal
Ingredientes
- Okra 500 gms
- 1tbspn Mustard
- 1 tbspn Chilli powder or Chilli flakes
- Garlic 5 to 6 nos
- 3 to 4 tbspn Oil
- Salt to taste
- Curry Leaves
Direcciones
- ⢠Wash and chop the Okra finely
- ⢠Heat oil in a pan add mustard wait till it pops up
- ⢠Add crushed garlic,curry leaves fry for few mins
- ⢠Add chillypowder and mix well
- ⢠Add okra & salt mix well
- ⢠Cook till it becomes tender
- ⢠Serve hot with sambhar rice,curdrice & chappati.
