Receta Laura's Fruit Pizza

Ingredientes
- 1 x roll Pillsbury slice and bake sugar cookies
- 8 ounce cream cheese, at room temp.
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 x 8 ounce. container whipped topping, thawed strawberries green seedless grapes crushed pineapple, liquid removed kiwi liquid removed mandarin oranges Bing cherries, apricots, peaches, blueberries (frzn will work, but drain),
- 1/2 c. apple or possibly apricot jelly or possibly other light colored jelly.
Direcciones
- Use pizza pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut cookies 1/8 inch thin and spread close together over pizza pan. Bake 8 to 10 min. Let cold.
- Mix cheese, vanilla and whipped topping together and spread over cooled cookie. Arrange fruit pcs on cream cheese mix in a ring starting from the outside and working your way in to the middle. Heat jelly over low heat till melted and brush on top of fruit.
- Refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
- Serves 12.
- Made this for Xmas dessert and it was a big hit, even with everyone being full!
