Receta Lauriee's Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredientes
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 x (3.5 oz) can flaked coconut
- 1 x (12 oz) can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 x unbaked pie shells

- Method:1. Blend the Large eggs, sugar, and cornstarch. Add in the melted butter, lowfat milk, and vanilla; stir well. Devide filling into pie shells. Sprinkle with coconut.
- 2. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 45 min, or possibly till hard.
- Makes 2 pies
- This is my mothers recipe. I have used it for years. She was the best cook.
