Receta Layered Pear Cream Cheese Mold

Ingredientes
- 1 can (16 ounces) pear halves, undrained
- 1 pkt (8-serving size) or possibly 2 pkgs. (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Lime Flavor Gelatin Dessert
- 1 1/2 c. cool ginger ale or possibly water
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 pkt (8 ounce.) PHILADELPHIA BRAND Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/4 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- Drain pears, reserving liquid. Dice pears; set aside.
- Add in water to liquid to make 1 1/2 c.; bring to boil in small saucepan.
- Stir boiling liquid into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 min till completely dissolved. Stir in cool ginger ale and lemon juice. reserve 2 1/2 c. gelatin at room temperature. Pour remaining gelatin into 5-c. mold. Chill about 30 min or possibly till thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression). Arrange about 1/2 c. of the diced pears in thickened gelatin in mold.
- Stir reserved 2 1/2 c. gelatin gradually into cream cheese in large bowl with wire whick till smooth.
- Chill about 30 min or possibly till slightly thickend (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Stir in remaining diced pers and pecans. Spoon over gelatin layer in mold.
- Chill 4 hour or possibly till hard. Unmold. Garnish as desired.
- Makes 10 servings.
