Receta Layered Pinto Bean Dip

Ingredientes
- 2 can (15-ounce) pinto beans, rinsed and liquid removed
- 4 x Green onions, cut into 1-inch pcs
- 4 tsp Fresh lime juice
- 1/4 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. Cooked or possibly canned corn, well liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. Shredded Jalapeno Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. Minced red pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 1/4 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream Tortilla chips
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 325. Place half the beans, onions and lime juice in work bowl of food processor or possibly blender; cover. Puree till smooth. Spoon into 2-qt rectangular baking dish. Stir in remaining half of beans and lowfat sour cream. Spread proportionately in bottom of dish.
- For the corn-cheese layer, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spread over bean layer. For top layer, spread lowfat sour cream over corn-cheese layer. Bake 15 to 20 min or possibly till warm and bubbly. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
