Receta Lazanki (Cabbage Noodle Casserole)

Ingredientes
- 1 sm Head of cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 lb Egg noodles
- 1/4 lb Fat back, diced Salt & pepper to taste

- Cook the cabbage in water till soft, approximately 10 min. Drain well.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.
- In a frying pan, saute/fry the fat back till well browned. Drain most of the fat away. Add in the cooked cabbage and noodles to the sauteed fat back in the pan and toss together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat through gently about 5 min and serve.
- Serves 4 as a side dish
- Serve with grilled kielbasa or possibly any spicy sausage.
