Ingredientes

  • 2 x -(up to)
  • 2 1/2 c. Sliced peaches, apples or possibly cherries
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 stk butter
  • 3/4 x -(up to)
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Mix fruit with 1 c. sugar. Cook in saucepan till tender. Put butter in 8x11 dish and place in 350 oven to heat. Combine remaining sugar, flour, baking pwdr, salt and lowfat milk. Pour over butter, but don't stir. Pour warm fruit over batter. Bake at 350 for 45-60 min or possibly till crust is brown.
  2. (Batter rises to top).
