Ingredientes
- 1 c. Cooked corn kernels
- 1 c. Cooked green beans
- 1 c. Finely minced celery
- 1 c. Chopped onion
- 1/2 c. Green pepper, finely minced
- 4 c. Sharp cheddar, grated
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 can Cream of celery soup
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients and place in a large, greased casserole dish. Top with sufficient bread crumbs to cover and 1/4 c. melted butter, drizzled proportionately over top. Slivered almonds can be sprinkled on top if you like. bake at 350f for 45 min.
