- 1 pkt Fresh chow mein noodles, (350 g )
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 2 c. Thinly sliced mushrooms
- 2 c. Thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 c. Snipped chives or possibly sliced green onion
Direcciones
- Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain. Whisk together oil lemon juice and seasonings. Stir into noodles. Add in remaining ingredients and serve.
