Receta Lemon Basil Pasta

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce linguine or possibly other pasta
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine melted
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp McCormick Basil Leaves
- 3/4 tsp McCormick Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp McCormick Grnd Black Pepper
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Lemon slices to garnish Fresh basil leaves to garnish Sauteed chicken cutlets to serve (optional)
Direcciones
- Cook pasta in unsalted water according to package directions. Drain pasta and return to pot.
- Combine melted butter, lemon juice, basil, garlic salt, and pepper in small bowl. Add in to cooked pasta and toss gently.
- Spoon into serving dish and sprinkle with cheese. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately with sauteed chicken cutlets, if you like.
- Variations: Add in 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken or possibly 1 lb. cooked, peeled, and deveined large shrimp with seasonings and toss gently. Eliminate chicken cutlets.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
