Receta Lemon, Chicken And Vegetable Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 ounce Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 12 ounce Chicken breast fillets, skinned and thinly sliced
- 1 sm Onion, finely minced
- 1 sm Red and green pepper, cored and finely sliced
- 3 ounce Mange-tout, trimmed and diagonally sliced
- 2 ounce Canned water chestnuts, sliced
- 8 ounce Thai fragrant rice, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Freshly minced basil Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Heat the butter and oil in a large pan. Add in the chicken and onion and fry for 6-8 min, stirring occasionally till cooked and golden brown.
- 2. Add in the peppers, mange-tout and chestnuts and cook for a further 2-3 min.
- 3. Add in the cooked rice, lemon juice, basil and seasoning to taste. Heat through and serve immediately.
- NOTES : A quick and easy main meal all cooked in one pan.
