Receta Lemon Garlic Scallops With Almonds

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 x cloves garlic, minced
- 2 x 2 1/(2-oz) pkgs. slivered almonds (about 1 1/2 c.) Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 lb bay scallops, rinsed, liquid removed Salt and freshly grnd pepper
- 3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in garlic; cook 1 minute. Stir in almonds, cook 1 minute. Remove to small bowl; fold in lemon zest.
- Set aside.
- Heat skillet over high heat; add in scallops. Allow to brown on one side, about 2 min. Stir in nut mix and lemon juice; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in parsley.
