Receta Lemon Pepper Dill Aquavit

Ingredientes
- 1/2 bn dill stemmed
- 1 x lemon quartered
- 1 x lime quartered
- 1 Tbsp. black peppercorns (to 2 tbspns)
- 1 Tbsp. white peppercorns
- 2 Tbsp. red peppercorns - (to 3 tbspns)
- 1 3/4 x liters potato vodka
Direcciones
- Fill a large 2-qt-capacity glass jar with, dill, lemon and lime quarters, and peppercorns. Pour vodka into jar. Cover, and let stand at room temperature for 3 weeks.
- Strain vodka through cheesecloth. Throw away solids, and carefully pour infused vodka back into original bottle.
- Keep infused aquavit in freezer till ready to serve. Serve chilled, directly from freezer.
- This recipe yields 1.75 liters flavored aquavit.
- Yield: 1 3/4 liters
