Receta Lemon Pepper Smoked Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Wishbone Italian dressing
- 8 Tbsp. Lemon pepper, (Tones brand)
- 2 Tbsp. Willingham's W'ham regular seasoning
- 2 tsp Thyme, grnd
- 1 c. Apple juice
- 1 c. Vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon pepper, (Tones brand)
Direcciones
- Brine the chicken breasts (use recipe for Dan Gill's brine) for 2 hrs.
- Remove breasts from brine and rinse in cool running water.
- Pat dry on paper towels. Marinate breasts in the Italian dressing for 2 hrs.
- Generously sprinkle on rub on both sides of breasts and under skin if possible.
- Smoke chicken breasts 240-250F with strong to medium flavor wood. Mop every 30 min on both sides. Remove from smoker when internal temperature in thickest part of breast reaches 155F.
