- 1 lb Boneless fast fry p[ork chops
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 x Lemon
Direcciones
- 1. Combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic pwdr; mix well. Dredge pork chops in misture; shake off excess.
- 2. Heat oil in a large non stick skillet over medium heat. Brown chops for 1-2 min per side.
- 3. Remove from heat, squeeze lemon over top and serve.
