Receta Lettuce Wedges With Avacado Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 x Ripe avacado
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. White wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 tsp Onion salt
- 1/3 c. Crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 c. Medium white wine Lettuce wedges
Direcciones
- Cut avacado lengthwise in half; remove pit. Scoop out fruit; mash. Stir in lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, onion salt and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mash cheese with fork; stir in oil, wine and vinegar. Mix with avacado mix. Cover and chill till chilled, at least 2 hrs. Serve over lettuce wedges.
