Receta Lime and Honey Fruit Dip
Ingredientes
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese,
- at room temperature
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 2 T honey
- 2 T milk
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1/8 t ground nutmeg
- 1/4 t grated lime rind
- 1 T minced crystallized ginger
- In a small bowl with an electric mixer on medium-high
- Beat cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, honey, milk, lime juice,
- Vanilla extract and nutmeg until creamy.
- Stir in the lime zest and crystallized ginger
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
- Serve the dip with an assortment of fresh fruits
- Such as: kiwi, sliced apples, banana's
- Dip will keep for 2 days, refrigerated
