Receta Lime Cilantro Salsa
Brought fresh from the garden to the chopping board makes this recipe fabulous. I prefer a whole-grain cracker to a chip.
Ingredientes
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 minced small cloves garlic
- 3 chopped large ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeds removed
- 2 finely chopped Jalapeno peppers
- 2 to 3 tablespoons minced cilantro
- 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons lime juice
- salt and pepper
