- 2 x Tomatoes, diced
- 1 sm Cucumber, peeled and minced
- 1 sm Red onion, diced
- 1/2 c. Minced fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tsp Grated lime peel
- 1 sm Green pepper, diced
- 1 dsh Warm sauce, up to 2 Salt and pepper, to taste
