Receta Lime Cottage Cheese Cucumber Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Chopped cucumber
- 3 x Or possibly
- 4 x Stuffed olives (if you like)
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 pch Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped or possibly grated onion
- 1 pkt (small) lime Jello
Direcciones
- Stir all ingredients, except Jello, with a fork, mashing cottage cheese.
- Pour 1 c. boiling water over Jello. When Jello begins to shake a little, whip till foamy with dover egg beater, then mix in cottage cheese mix.
