Receta Lime Dipping Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. fresh lime juice
- 1/3 c. toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar or possibly balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar, to taste
- 2 clv garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 c. scallions, minced
- 1/4 c. cilantro leaves, minced
- 1/4 tsp jalapeno, chopped
Direcciones
- Combine all of the ingredients and 2 Tbsp. of water in a bowl and mix well. Use as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, egg rolls, etc.
- Yield: about 1 c.
