- 4 x TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas
- 1 c. shredded KRAFT Monterey Jack Cheese with
- Â Â Jalapeno Peppers
- 8 slc OSCAR MAYER Smoked Turkey
- 2 Tbsp. butter divided
- 1 c. BREAKSTONE'S or possibly KNUDSEN Lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- Â Â Juice of 1 lime

- TOP each tortilla with 1/4 c. cheese and 2 turkey slices; fold tortillas in half.
- HEAT large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add in about 1-1/2 teaspoon of the butter; heat till melted. Add in 1 quesadilla; cook 3 min on each side or possibly till golden on both sides. Rmove from skillet; cut into 6 wedges. Keep hot. Repeat with remaining quesadillas, adding remaining butter to skillet as needed.
- MIX lowfat sour cream, chili pwdr and lime juice till well blended. Serve as dipping sauce for quesadillas.
