Receta Linda's Belgian Waffles

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. 2% lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 c. buckwheat flour
- 1 x egg
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. wheat germ (optional)
- 1 x mixed fruit (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. whipped cream (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. confectioner's sugar (optional)
Direcciones
- Mix together lowfat milk, whole wheat flour, buckwheat flour, egg, oil, honey, vanilla and salt with a whisk. Gently mix in baking pwdr.
- With a ladle, spoon batter onto preheated griddle or possibly waffle maker and cook according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Top with wheat germ, mixed fruit, whipped cream, jam or possibly powdered sugar to serve.
- This recipe yields 3 large waffles or possibly 8 pancakes.
