Receta Linguine Broccoli And Ham

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce Linguine
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 can (385 mL) Carnation 2% E. Lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Water
- 1 c. Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. Shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 pkt (175 g) sliced cooked ham
- 1 c. Minced cooked broccoli
Direcciones
- Cook linguine according the package directions. Drain. Keep hot. Heat butter in med. saucepan. Saute/fry onion till tender. Blend in flour and salt.
- Gradually stir in E. Lowfat milk and water. cook and stir over med. heat till mix comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat. Add in cheeses; stir till melted. Sliver ham. Add in ham and broccoli to pan; heat through. Add in linguine; toss to combine.
- Makes 4 servings.
