- 2 pound liver

- 8-10 onions, minced
- Salt liver and flour. Fry in greased (bacon). After liver is done. Remove. Fry onions in same skillet. Sprinkle flour over onions. Mix; add in some water. When almost done, add in liver and let steam till done.
