Receta Liver With Piquant Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 pound sliced beef liver
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- Piquant sauce
Direcciones
- Cut liver into serving pcs. Place flour, garlic salt, paprika and pepper in plastic or possibly paper bag. Shake liver in bag till well coated. Heat shortening in medium skillet. Brown liver quickly on both sides, about 5 min. Remove to hot platter; keep hot while preparing Piquant sauce. Add in liver to sauce; heat through. Serves 4.
