Receta Lo Cal Oatmeal Wafer Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. unsalted butter
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. skim lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp. dark corn syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/4 ounce. quick oats
- 1 ounce. semi-sweet chocolate
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 large baking sheets with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
- In small bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, salt and baking pwdr. In large bowl, beat on high, butter, sugar, lowfat milk, corn syrup, 1 Tbsp. water and vanilla till well blended. Stir in flour mix and oats.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonful 4 inches apart onto sheets; spread into thin 2 1/2 inch rounds. Bake 10-12 min till lightly browned. Cold on rack, carefully remove from foil.
- Heat chocolate in microwave on medium. With spoon, drizzle proportionately over cookies. Each serving (2 cookies) : 1 fat, 1/2 bread, 60 calories.
