Receta Lobster Broth With Pasta

Ingredientes
- 6 c. Lobster broth
- 1/2 c. Pastina*
- 1/2 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Minced chives
Direcciones
- Bring the broth to a boil in a stainless steel saucepan. Add in the pastina* and stir well. Bring the broth back to a boil, cover, and boil gently for 10 min, till the pastina is very tender. Add in the pepper and the salt to taste. Ladle the soup into four soup bowls and sprinkle with chives.
