Receta Lobster Fondue Dip

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 c. shredded sharp processed American cheese (about 8 ounce.)
- 2 drops red pepper sauce
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 1 can (5 ounce.) lobster, liquid removed and broken into small pcs
Direcciones
- In earthen fondue pot, heat butter over low heat. Gradually stir in cheese till melted. Add in red pepper sauce, gradually stir in wine. Add in lobster, stir till heated through. Makes about 1 1/2 c. dip.
- Dip with either raw vegetables or possibly chips.
