Receta Loganberry Yogurt Pie2

Ingredientes
- 1 x 6-oz prepared shortbread pie crust
- 1 ctn (10 ounce.) frzn red Loganberries, thawed
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Unflavored gelatin
- 1 ctn (8 ounce.) vanilla yogurt
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Drain Loganberries, reserving juice. Add in sufficient water to juice to measure 2/3 c.. In saucepan, combine sugar and gelatin; add in reserved liquid. Heat and stir till gelatin and sugar dissolve. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in yogurt and lowfat sour cream; mix well. Stir in Loganberries. Pour into crust.
- refrigeratetill set, about 4 hrs. Garnish with whipped topping as desired.
