Receta Long John And Raised Donut Dough

Ingredientes
- 2 c. scaled lowfat milk
- 5 tbsp. shortening
- 5 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- Flour
Direcciones
- Add in water to make frosting thick sufficient to spread. Spread while hot.
- Cold lowfat milk. Add in all remaining ingredients except flour. Dissolve yeast in hot water. Add in sufficient flour to make soft dough. Cover and let raise till doubled in size. Punch down and let raise again for 1 hour.
- Turn on floured surface roll out 1 inch thickness cut with pizza cutter or possibly donut cutter.
- Let raise 1/2 hour and fry in lard till light brown. Frost long johns. Dip donuts in sugar.
