Receta Los Angeles Luncheon Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. Cooked shrimp
- 3/4 tsp Tarragon leaves, crushed
- 1 dsh Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. Italian or possibly herb dressing
- 1 head loose leaf lettuce, (red leaf preferred)
- 3 x Ripe avocados
- 1 x Basket cherry tomatoes
Direcciones
- Combine mushrooms, shrimp, tarragon, garlic and dressing. Refrigerate1 hour.
- Arrange lettuce leaves on individual salad plates. Peel, halve and pit avocados. Place a half-avocado on each plate, and fill with salad mix.
- Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
- Serves 6
