Receta Louisiana Blue Ribbon Pecan Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1 c. Light Corn Syrup
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3 lrg Large eggs, Beaten
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 dsh Salt
- 1 c. Pecans, Minced
- 1 x 9-inch pie shell, Unbaked
Direcciones
- 1. Brown butter in saucepan till it is golden; Don't Burn; let cold.
- 2. In separate bowl, ad ingredients in order listed; stir.
- 3. Blend in browned butter.
- 4. Pour in unbaked pie shell.
- 5. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min then lower temperature to 325 degrees and bake for 40 min.
- 6. Serve with vanilla ice cream Delicious!!!!!!!!
