- 2 c. raisins
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 T artificial sweetener
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Direcciones
- Cook raisins in water till soft. Add in applesauce, large eggs, oil, and sweetener to raisins. Mix well. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 inch glass pan, greased with diet butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min. 216 calories per serving. Serves 16.
