- 3/4 c. Ripe strawberries
- 2 x Bananas
- 1 1/2 c. Plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. Shredded coconut
- 4 Tbsp. Honey
Direcciones
- In a blender or possibly food processor, blend all ingredients until fairly smooth.
- Leave small chunks or possibly pcs of fruit, if you like. Pour into dessert c. and freeze. Remove, garnish with a strawberry and serve as a frzn dessert. Delicious and full of food energy.
