Receta Low Calorie Strawberry - Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredientes
- 12 ounce fresh or possibly (slightly thawed) frzn unsweetened strawberries (about 2 1/2 c.)
- 12 ounce fresh or possibly (slightly thawed) frzn rhubarb, sliced (about 2 1/2 c.)
- 2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. plus 1 T brown sugar
- 9 pkg. Sweet One granulated sugar substitute
- 1 c. quick cooking oats
- 3 T minced walnuts
- 2 T whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 c. plus 2 T butter, melted
- 1/2 c. whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 inch square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add in strawberries, rhubarb and orange peel. Toss.In small bowl, put together cornstarch, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 6 packets of Sweet One. Add in to fruit and toss to coat. Put together oats, walnuts, flour, cinnamon, 1 tbsp brown sugar and remaining 3 packets of Sweet One. Stir in melted butter till mix is crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Serve with Cool Whip.
