- Margarine
- 1/2 c. Sunflower oil
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 x Egg white
- 3/4 tsp Vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. Water
- 2 c. Rolled oats
- 1/3 c. White flour
- 1/3 c. Whole-wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon

- Preparation Time: 0:15Preheat oven to 350 f; grease cookie sheet with margarine; cream oil with sugars; add in egg white, vanilla and water, mixing well; add in oats, flours, salt, baking soda and cinnamon, mixing only till blended; Don't OVERMIXor you will lose the texture of the oats; drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 - 15minutes.
- Makes 3 dozencookies.
