Receta Low Fat Passover Granola (Adjusted)

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Matzoh farfel
- 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced
- 2/3 c. Honey *see note 1
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1/4 c. Pitted dates, sliced *see note 2
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- I posted this recipe yesterday, but I made it again today and adjusted it because I thought the baking time was too long and it got too brown. Here's the adjusted recipe.
- note 1 - I heated the honey slightly to thin it
- note 2 - I used prunes, cut into pcs
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a spoon till well mixed. Using a nonstick shallow baking pan, spread mix proportionately inside pan. Bake for 45-60 min, stirring every so often, till mix browns slightly. (Watch carefully after 40 min to make sure it does not get too brown. It will still get crisp after it is removed from the oven.) Cold. Store in an airtight container.
