- 2 Large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. pumpkin pie filling
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Turn into 2 well greased 8"x5" loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Test for doneness in center.
