Receta Luscious Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. shortening
Direcciones
- Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in shortening with a fork or possibly pastry blender. Beat 2 Large eggs. Blend in 1/2 c. lowfat milk. Add in all at once to flour mix. Stir just till all the flour is moistened. Spread proportionately in a well greased 8" round pan. Bake in a very warm oven, 450 degrees, till the short cake is crusty and golden, 15 to 20 min. Can be cut into biscuits. Makes about 30.
