Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 green peppers, mushrooms, minced and shredded
- 2 tbsp. finely minced fresh minced parsley, basil, or possibly dill
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- 3 c. cooked white rice
Direcciones
- In large bowl, blend dressing and mayonnaise; stir in vegetables, parsley, and onion. Add in rice and toss well. Pack into 5 1/2 inch ring mold or possibly bowl; chill.
