Ingredientes
- 16 ounce semisweet chocolate divided
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 c. minced nuts -- optional
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coarsely chop 8 ounces of the chocolate. Set aside.
- Microwave the remaining chocolate in a large microwavable bowl on HIGH for 1-2 min. Stir till chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in sugar, Large eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and baking pwdr. Stir in reserved minced chocolate and nuts. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 12-13 min or possibly till cookies are puffed and feel set to the touch. Cold on cookie sheet 1 minute. Transfer to wire rack to cold completely.
