Receta "M And M's"(R) Chocolate Marbled Blondies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 c. Firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 lrg Egg
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 c. M&Ms(r) lowfat milk chocolate mini baking bits, divided
- 4 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 1 lrg Egg yolk
- 1/4 c. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Lightly grease a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; set aside.
- In large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar. Add in egg till well blended; stir in vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda; stir into creamed mix.
- Stir in 2/3 c. "M&M's"(r) Chocolate Mini Baking Bits; set aside. Dough will be stiff.
- In separate bowl beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and egg yolk till smooth; stir in cocoa pwdr till well blended. Place chocolate-cheese mix in six equal portions proportionately in bottom of prepared baking pan.
- Place reserved batter around cheese mix and swirl slightly with tines of fork. Pat down proportionately on top. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 "M&M's"(r)
- Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Bake 25 to 30 min till toothpick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs. Cold completely before cutting into bars. Store in refrigerator in tightly covered container.
