Receta Macadamia Nut Pesto

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 sm bunch fresh basil, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1/4 x white pepper
- 1 c. finely minced roasted macadamia nuts
Direcciones
- Blend 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil, basil and garlic in blender. Add in the macadamia nuts and Parmesan cheese; blend well. Gradually fold in the remaining 1/2 c. oil. Season with salt and pepper.
