Receta Macaroni & Cheese Zucchini Bake

- 1 pkg. macaroni & cheese mix
- 1 1/2 c. quartered zucchini slices
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 c. bite-sized shredded rice squares
Direcciones
- Prepare macaroni and cheese according to directions. Meanwhile, in skillet, cook zucchini in butter till tender. Stir cooked zucchini into macaroni and cheese along with cottage cheese, salt and oregano. Put into an ungreased casserole. Sprinkle with rice squares and bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 min.
